Stationary Organizer

This stationary organizer was inspired by a project in Quick Gifts & Décor by Nancy Zieman and Gail Brown. It was made for Cori, a coworker and friend at Victoria’s Secret, as a going-away present.

The base of the piece is a placement I picked up at Bed Bath & Beyond in shades of yellow, Cori’s favorite color. The pockets are clear vinyl-by-the-yard from the Rag Shop Trim is gold Coats & Clark bias tape and some gold ribbon from my stash. The whole project only took a couple of hours to assemble, and was done in an afternoon in conjunction with laundry. Stationary supplies were purchased at Cost Cutters (local discount store), in colors to coordinate.
